Each portrait is made to order.

- Production time: 7–10 calendar days after a usable photo is received
- U.S. standard shipping: Approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch

Free shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $69.

Cancellations and changes: Contact me within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it or change the photo, name, size, or color. After this window, your order may have entered production and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Tracking: If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow the package online.

International orders: Delivery may require additional time when a package goes through customs. Customs processing times are outside our control and are not included in the U.S. estimate above.

I studied art at a state university in the United States and began learning traditional leatherwork from an experienced craftsperson in 2016.

In 2018, I lost Buddy, the dog who had shared five years of my life. While grieving, I made his likeness in leather, one careful piece at a time. That keepsake gave my memories somewhere tangible to live—and showed me the work I wanted to continue doing.

Since then, I have created personal pet keepsakes for more than a thousand pet parents. Buddy remains the reason behind this work: to make something thoughtful, lasting, and personal enough to reflect a bond that is never ordinary.

Can you make a portrait of an animal other than a dog or cat?

Yes. Dogs, cats, and other pets are welcome. Each keychain is designed for one pet.

What if my photo is not suitable?

I review the photo before production. If the face is unclear, blocked, too dark, or too blurry to use, I will email you and ask for another photo.

Will I receive a preview before production?

A digital preview is not included. If your photo cannot be used, I will contact you before production begins.

Can I change my photo, colors, or name after ordering?

Please contact me within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after this window because production may have started.

Where will my pet’s name appear?

If selected, your pet’s name will be embossed on the back of the keychain. The name is optional and can contain up to 18 characters.

Can I return a personalized portrait?

Personalized orders are handled under the current Replacement and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order details, contact me with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

How should I care for the leather?

Keep the keychain away from soaking water, harsh cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight. If it becomes damp, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally. Store it in a dry place when it is not in use.
